Refund policy

Amaru Paris is a brand operated by MAISON YILDIRIM, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered office 44 rue Pasquier, 75008 Paris, France, Paris Trade and Companies Register 106 970 932 (SIRET 106 970 932 00013, management no. 2026B33169), intra-community VAT number FR45106970932.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Send us a clear statement by email to Contact@amaruparis.fr, including your order number. You can also use our online form: Withdraw from contract here (link at the bottom of every page); you receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email right away.

2. Return conditions

• Products must be returned new, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, no later than 14 days after your request.
• For hygiene reasons, a decant or a gift set containing a bottle that has been opened, unsealed or used cannot be taken back (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless we made a mistake or the product is defective.

3. Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the return or proof of its shipment, using the payment method used for the order.

4. Damaged, incorrect or missing product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. After checking, we offer a replacement, a store credit or a full refund, at no cost to you.

5. Legal guarantees

These provisions apply without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
